1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing giftblueprint.com, signing up for the free lesson, or purchasing any tier of the course, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who I Am

Gift Blueprint is operated by Shahar Eilon (founder of Shugis), based in Israel. Contact: info@giftblueprint.com.

3. The Service

Gift Blueprint provides:

• Free Lesson 1 — a 17-minute educational video
• Paid course — 8 modules (videos + downloadable materials) on building a personalized gift brand, available in three tiers (Essential, Complete, VIP)
• VIP tier extras — a 60-minute 1-on-1 onboarding call with Shahar plus 30 days of private Q&A access

All course content is for educational purposes only. See Section 9 (Disclaimer of Results) for what this does and does not promise.

4. Account & Access

4.1 Course access

• Course access is delivered via a secure access link sent to the email used at purchase
• One purchase = one user. Sharing your access link or login with others is not permitted
• Access is "lifetime" — meaning for as long as Gift Blueprint operates the course (no fixed expiration date), subject to these Terms
• If the course is discontinued, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance and given a way to download materials

4.2 Sharing & piracy

• You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, or republish any course content
• You may not screen-record or download videos for redistribution
• Violations may result in access revocation without refund and possible legal action

5. Purchases

5.1 Pricing & tiers

• Essential — $247 USD, one-time payment
• Complete — $497 USD, one-time payment
• VIP — $997 USD, one-time payment, limited to 20 founding spots

Prices listed are founding-student prices for the first public version. Prices may increase for future students. Once purchased, your founding price is locked in for lifetime access.

5.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed by PayPlus (a PCI-compliant payment service provider). Gift Blueprint by Shahar Eilon is the seller and merchant of record. I never see or store your full payment card details — PayPlus handles them on certified infrastructure.

5.3 Currency

All prices are in US Dollars. Your bank may apply foreign-exchange fees if you pay in a different currency.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund policy

• Essential and Complete: Covered by the 14-Day Fit & Action Guarantee. Start the course, complete the starter worksheet, and if you decide the model isn't a fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests after 14 days, or without completing the starter step, fall outside the guarantee except where applicable law requires otherwise
• VIP: The course portion follows the same 14-day guarantee above. Private support, onboarding calls, and direct-access benefits are not refundable once scheduled, used, or delivered.

6.2 How to request a refund

Submit the refund request form or email info@giftblueprint.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 48 hours on weekdays. The refund will land on your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing.

6.3 Access revocation after refund

When a refund is issued, your course access is revoked. You may not retain or distribute any downloaded materials after a refund.

7. VIP-Specific Terms

If you purchase the VIP tier:

• You receive one 60-minute 1-on-1 video call with Shahar Eilon
• You must book the call within 30 days of purchase via the booking link provided
• The call must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of purchase. After this window, the call is forfeited (this does not affect the course refund window if applicable)
• The call covers strategic guidance only. No legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice is provided
• Q&A access is for 30 days post-purchase, with responses within 48 hours on weekdays
• VIP is limited to 20 founding spots. Once full, VIP closes to new buyers until prices reset

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials (videos, PDFs, spreadsheets, templates) are © Shahar Eilon and Gift Blueprint
• You may use the materials for personal business application
• You may not republish, resell, modify-and-distribute, or claim authorship of any part of the course
• The Gift Blueprint name, logo, and trademarks are reserved

9. Disclaimer of Results

Gift Blueprint is educational content based on Shahar's personal experience building Shugis. The course does not guarantee business success, income, or any specific outcome.

Results depend on many factors outside the course's control — your effort, capital, market, timing, decisions, and execution. Examples and case studies are illustrative, not promises.

By purchasing the course, you acknowledge:

• Past performance (mine or others') does not guarantee future results for you
• Building a business involves risk, including loss of invested capital
• You are solely responsible for your business decisions
• I am not your lawyer, accountant, tax advisor, or financial advisor

10. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Use the site or course content for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the site or course infrastructure
• Send abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to me or my team
• Misrepresent yourself when requesting refunds or support

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled per the Privacy Policy. By using the site you accept that policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Gift Blueprint and Shahar Eilon are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim
• This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as fraud or willful misconduct)

13. Modifications

I may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email to active students. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.

14. Termination

I may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, share course content, abuse support, or attempt fraudulent refunds. In such cases no refund is owed.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, except where applicable consumer protection laws give you rights to lodge claims in your country of residence.
