These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gift Blueprint website (giftblueprint.com) and all digital products, courses, and services offered through it ("Services"). By purchasing or accessing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Information

Gift Blueprint is a brand operated by Shahar Eilon ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), based in Israel. For questions or correspondence: [email protected].

2. Products and Services

Gift Blueprint offers digital educational courses, including but not limited to:

• Gift Blueprint — Mini Course ($37): A 6-module video course providing an overview of the personalized gift business model.
• Gift Blueprint — Full Course (Essential $297, Complete $497, VIP $997): A comprehensive step-by-step course with varying levels of resources and support.

All products are delivered digitally through Gumroad or other designated platforms. No physical products are shipped.

3. Purchase and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely through Gumroad and/or Stripe.
• All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated.
• By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
• Sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes are handled by Gumroad as Merchant of Record in accordance with local regulations.

4. Access and Delivery

• Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
• Access is granted to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Access is granted on a lifetime basis for the individual purchaser, subject to continued availability of the hosting platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to videos, text, images, templates, frameworks, supplier lists, strategies, methods, and proprietary business information — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials with any third party.
• Record, screenshot, download (beyond provided materials), or otherwise capture course content.
• Resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any course materials.
• Use course content to create competing products or courses.
• Share login credentials or grant access to unauthorized users.

Violation of these intellectual property provisions may result in immediate revocation of access, legal action, and liability for damages including but not limited to lost revenue and legal fees.

6. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational and business purposes only. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed in our Refund Policy page. In summary: all products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the execution of a Non-Implementation Agreement. Please review the full Refund Policy before purchasing.

8. Mini Course Credit

Purchasers of the Mini Course ($37) are entitled to a $37 credit toward the purchase of any Full Course plan. This credit:

• Must be redeemed by the same individual using the same email address.
• Is applied as a discount code or manual adjustment at the time of Full Course purchase.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Has no cash value and is non-transferable.

9. VIP Plan — Additional Terms

The VIP plan includes live coaching sessions (via Zoom) and access to a private WhatsApp Mastermind group. Additional terms:

• Coaching sessions are scheduled at times determined by the instructor. Reasonable notice will be provided.
• Missed sessions by the participant are not rescheduled or refunded.
• VIP membership is limited to 20 participants per cohort.
• WhatsApp Mastermind access is granted for the duration of the active cohort.
• Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared within the group.

10. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Gift Blueprint is an educational product. We make no guarantees regarding income, business results, or financial outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, capital invested, and many other factors beyond our control.

Any income figures, revenue screenshots, or business metrics referenced on our website or in our marketing materials represent the results of our specific business (Shugis) and are not guarantees or projections of what you will achieve.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
• The Company is not responsible for any business decisions you make based on course content.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or platforms.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other participants (applicable to VIP group).

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
