Gift Blueprint is operated by Shahar Eilon (founder of Shugis), based in Israel. Contact: info@giftblueprint.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information when you visit giftblueprint.com or use any of my services.

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Email address — when you sign up to watch the free lesson or join my mailing list
• Name — if you provide it during signup or purchase
• Payment information — processed by my payment provider (PayPlus). I never see or store your full card number; PayPlus handles it on PCI-compliant infrastructure
• Communications — emails you send to me
• Refund requests — order ID, reason, and contact info

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, video watch percentage, clicks
• Device info — browser type, operating system, screen size
• Approximate location — derived from IP address (country/region level)
• Cookies and similar tech — see Cookies section below

3. How I Use Your Information

• To deliver the free lesson and the paid course
• To send course updates, founding student communications, and occasional educational emails
• To process purchases and provide customer support
• To improve the website, course content, and user experience
• To measure ad performance and improve marketing campaigns
• To prevent fraud and protect the business
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Third Parties I Use

I use the following services to operate Gift Blueprint. Each has its own privacy policy:

• PayPlus — payment service provider; handles card data on PCI-compliant infrastructure (privacy policy)
• Cloudflare Stream — video hosting and delivery for course lessons (privacy policy)
• Netlify — website hosting (privacy policy)
• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymized usage analytics (privacy policy)
• Meta Pixel — ad performance measurement (privacy policy)
• Flashy — email marketing platform (privacy policy)
• Calendly — VIP call scheduling (privacy policy)

I share only the data necessary for each service to function. I never sell your data to advertisers, list brokers, or anyone else.

5. Cookies and Tracking

I use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember you between visits (so you don't see the email gate twice)
• Measure how many people watch the lesson and reach checkout
• Improve ad campaigns by tracking which sources convert

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling them may affect site functionality (e.g., you'll see the email gate every visit).

6. Email Communications

When you provide your email, you'll receive:

• Access to the free Lesson 1 and follow-up educational emails about the course (2-4 emails over 2 weeks)
• Course updates if you've purchased
• Occasional educational content related to building a personalized gift brand

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@giftblueprint.com to be removed entirely.

7. Data Retention

• Lead emails (signed up but didn't buy) — retained for up to 24 months unless you unsubscribe
• Customer records — retained while you have course access plus 7 years for tax/legal compliance
• Analytics data — aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
• Refund requests — retained for tax/accounting purposes (typically 7 years)

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws apply), you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Object to certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email info@giftblueprint.com. I respond within 30 days (usually much faster).

9. International Data Transfers

I'm based in Israel. My service providers (PayPlus, Netlify, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Calendly) may process data in the United States, European Union, or other countries. By using the site, you consent to these transfers, which are governed by each provider's privacy framework (Standard Contractual Clauses, etc.).

10. Children's Privacy

Gift Blueprint is for adults. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided me with personal information, email info@giftblueprint.com and I'll delete it.

11. Security

I use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure third-party providers for payments, and access controls on my systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your data.

12. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to subscribers. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
