At Gift Blueprint, we stand behind the quality and value of our digital courses. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Gift Blueprint digital products — including the Mini Course and the Full Course (Essential, Complete, and VIP plans) — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date by emailing [email protected].

2. Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The request must be sent via email to [email protected] from the email address associated with the purchase.
• The purchaser must sign and return a Non-Implementation Agreement, confirming that no materials, methods, strategies, product ideas, supplier information, templates, frameworks, or any other intellectual property disclosed in the course will be used, applied, reproduced, shared, or implemented in any form — commercially or otherwise.

3. Non-Implementation Agreement

The Gift Blueprint courses contain proprietary business strategies, supplier relationships, product data, operational frameworks, and trade secrets developed over 6+ years of real-world business operation. To protect this intellectual property, all refund requests require the execution of a Non-Implementation Agreement.

By signing this agreement, the purchaser confirms that:

• They will not use, apply, or implement any knowledge, strategies, methods, supplier contacts, product ideas, pricing models, marketing techniques, templates, or any other information obtained from the course.
• They will not share, distribute, reproduce, or disclose any course materials or content to any third party.
• They acknowledge that the course content constitutes confidential and proprietary information belonging to Gift Blueprint / Shugis Ltd.
• Violation of this agreement may result in legal action and liability for damages.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and the signed Non-Implementation Agreement is returned:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund processing.

5. VIP Plan — Additional Terms

For VIP plan purchases ($997), which include live coaching sessions and WhatsApp Mastermind access:

• Refund requests made before the first live coaching session are eligible for a full refund under the standard terms above.
• Refund requests made after attending one or more live coaching sessions will be prorated. The cost of attended sessions ($150 per session) will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• The refund request is made more than 30 calendar days after purchase.
• The purchaser refuses to sign the Non-Implementation Agreement.
• Evidence of course content being shared, distributed, or reproduced is discovered.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may result in permanent suspension from all Gift Blueprint products and services.
